The cooperation is organized as embedding of web-site http://www.avis.com/ into the current S7’s web-page using I-Frame technology. In this connection visitor(s) of the official S7s web-site understand(s) and agree(s), that in fact he(they) cooperate(s) with Avis’s web-site and purchase(s) service(s) provided by Avis and (or) other entities-suppliers of the service(s) in accordance with Avis terms and conditions.
In view of the aforesaid the S7 hereby informs the visitor(s) of the official S7’s web-site on the following:
- Avis is liable for any information, provided by Avis via current S7’s web-page;
- actual service provider (third person) is liable for its service(s), ordered and paid by the visitor(s) of the official S7’s web-site;
